If you are trying to get a person to talk, you should consider
using the humandoid ojbects by anti-gravity. Data set comes with
an instruction manual that explains how to make the person talk, even
how the mouth should be postion. I should say that the data set even
comes with several heads with the mouth already position for the sound.
I have not used that the humandoid to make a person talk, but I have read
the instructions and feel I could get some good results by following them.
They suggest morphing. But I have heard of someone talking a set of d-paint
images and mapping them to the mouth over a sequence to cause a talking effect.
I saw some of the output and it looked good.
